Reseller Questions
How do I get started?
- To get started as a reseller, you first need to login with your user ID and password. Click on this address or copy and paste the address into your address bar: http://abc.eznettools.net
Use your reseller ID (D3....) and password. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to use the password that was given you. Note: Both the user ID and password are Case Sensitive!
If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to go through the initial login procedure. Be sure to continue all the way until you come to the 'Reseller Tools' page. If you have already logged in, and done with the initial login procedure, you will be at the 'Reseller Tools' page. You will see the following options:
View Members
Retrieve Passwords
Email Members
Deactivate Account
Edit Member Fees
Member Billing
Get Member Report
Edit Member Billing
Enter Member Billing
Get Sales Report
To begin building your site, Click on the 'View Members' button, and then click on the 'Login' button of the account you want to work on. Click Here to learn more about the 'View Members' option.

Where are the page building tools?
- When you login with your reseller ID, you are going to first see the 'Reseller Tools' page. To work on your own site, you will need to click on the 'View Members' button and then click on the 'Login' button of the account you want to work on. Click Here for more information on the 'View Members' page.

How do I change my Header/Footer Graphic?
- Your header graphic is the graphic that will be seen at the top of the 'Member Tools' page. All of your members will see this graphic when they login.
The footer graphic will be at the bottom of all of your pages and your members' pages.
To change the header or footer graphic, you need to login with your reseller ID. When you come to the 'Reseller Tools' page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Edit Profile' button. Click here for more information on the 'Edit Profile' button. Part way down that page will be a yellow headed box with the following:

Below this you will see two fields (Header and Footer) next to browse buttons. Note: the browse buttons do not currently work in this area. You will need to type in the full URL to the graphic. Generally, this graphic will be in your own account. If you have not uploaded this file, you can Click Here for information on how to upload files.
After adding the header or footer graphic, click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.

View Members

As described next to the 'View Members' button:
- "This screen lists the current and inactive member accounts. It provides information about each account. To edit your reseller or other member accounts, a login button is also provided."
When you click on the 'View Members' button, you will be brought to the 'View Members' page. On this page you will see a number of columns and rows.
Here you will see all of your members account numbers and the status of their account. (active/inactive) You will see your account (generally the first account), and you will see 'Login' buttons and 'For Sale' buttons. To login to your own account, click the 'Login' button next to your own information. To login to one of your members accounts, click the 'Login' button next to their account information. Retrieve Passwords

As described next to the 'Retrieve Passwords' button:
- "This section lists the User ID and Passwords of inactive member accounts currently available for resale."
If you click on the 'Retrieve Passwords' button, you simply get a list of all of your member account numbers, and the password for each. Click on the 'Return to Main Menu' button to return to the 'Reseller Tools'.

Email Members

As described next to the 'email Members' button:
- "With this utility program, you can quickly send an email communication to all active members. You also have the option to send to only select members. "
When you click on the 'Email Members' button, you get a page with a list of all of your members. Click the checkbox next to the members you want to send this same email to, and then type in the subject for the email. Remove the 'Type in message here.' from the 'Message' field and type in the message you want to go to all of the members with the checkbox selected.
When you have the email set to how you want it, click the 'Send Mail' button. After you have clicked on the 'Send Email' button, you will get a page with the following message:
Thank You! Your Message has been sent to all of the merchants selected on your Merchant List!
Click on the 'Return to Main Menu' button to return to the 'Reseller Tools'.

Deactivate Account

As described next to the 'Deactivate Account' button:
- "Use this option to deactivate members who no longer use your system, so the account may be reused. "
When you click on the 'Deactivate Account' button, you come to a simple page that gives a drop-down list and a 'Deactivate Account' button. This is where you will be able to deactivate any member accounts that have been open for less than 30 days. If the account has been open for more than 30 days, you will need to contact customer service. After you have chosen the account you want to deactivate, click the 'Deactivate Account' button.
When you are done deactivating the accounts you choose, click the 'Main Menu' button.
Note: Only those accounts that have been open for less than 30 days can be deactivated by the reseller!

Edit Member Fees

As described next to the 'Edit Member Fees' button:
- "This utility allows you to change the fees you will charge your members for monthly service and for order processing. "
When you click on the 'Edit Member Fees' button, you will get a page that gives a drop down box with two buttons: Edit Member and Return to Reseller Menu.
The drop down box is a list of all of your active members. When you choose one of the accounts, and click on the 'Edit Member' button, you are given two options.
#1) Monthly Fee:
#2) Order Processing Fee:
Fill in each of these to reflect how much you will be charging this member. Then click the 'Update Member' button.
You will then be back to the 'Edit Member Fees' page where you can choose another account to edit, or click on the 'Return to Reseller Menu' button. When you click on the 'Return to Reseller Menu' button, you will be back to the 'Reseller Tools' page.

Member Billing

As described next to the 'Member Billing' button:
- "This is the billing system for resellers to bill members. It includes tools to send electronic bills and receive payments. You can also view the current account status of your active member accounts. "
When you click on this option, you will get the following message: While we are currently upgrading our system to better serve you, this option is temporarily under construction. Please click on the 'Return to main Menu' button.

Get Member Report

As described next to the 'Get Member Report' button:
- "Use this utility program to view the members billing info file."
When this option is chosen, there is a file that will be downloaded to your computer. This file gives the information about each of your members. This includes activation date, how they will be billed, and other useful information. If asked if you want to save it, choose 'yes' and place it somewhere on your computer easy to remember and find.

Enter in dates below to see the totals for a specific time frame.

Here you can define the time period when you want a sales report. More information concerning this option will be made available soon.
