How do I retrieve my orders?

To retrieve your orders:

You go to the administrative tools. By default, the white field will contain 'View Web Page'. Click on the white field, and it drops down a box. Choose the 'Retrieve Orders' option, and click the 'Go' button. This brings you to a page asking for your user ID and password. The user ID asked for here is the X3... number. If you are a member, than use your regular user ID and password. Click Here if you are a reseller and do not know your X3.. account number. After entering the user ID and password, you will have a page that has all of your orders on it. It is a good idea to print this information, but not keep the credit card numbers on file for too long.

If you are getting an error:

You may be using an incorrect user ID. You need to be sure and use the X3... account number and password to retrieve your orders. As a reseller, your reseller password and account password should be the same. Click Here if you are a reseller and do not know your X3.. account number.
You may be using an incorrect password. Be sure that you are using the X3.. account number password. Click Here to learn how to change your password.

Which ID should you use?

When retrieveing your orders, you always need to use the X3.. account number and password. If you are a member, you need to use your regular user ID and password. If you are a reseller, you need to use the X3... account number that you want to retreive your orders from. Click Here if you are a reseller and do not know your X3.. account number.

If you want to archive your orders:

You only need to go to retreive your orders. Click Here to learn how to retreive your orders. After you have logged into the retrieve orders page, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Archive' button. It is NOT a good idea to keep credit card numbers for a long time.

Can anyone else see my orders?

Your orders contain information such as credit card numbers, phone numbers and addresses that should not be available to anyone but you. For this reason, we have you login with your user ID and password. Your orders are saved on a secure server, and you must login to that server to retrieve your orders. Only those with the user ID and password can see your orders! It is not a good idea to give these passwords to anyone else.
