Send Email To List

Sending emails to your customers can be one of the most important things you do. It is imperative that you keep your customers up-to-date on what is happening at your store. This is also an easy way to let your customers know of the specials and deals that you are having.

To send an email to everyone on your mail list, you need to be logged into your account and at the 'Member Tools' page. In the Administrative Tools, the View Web Page option will be visible. Click on this and it will drop down a box. Choose the 'Send Email To List' option and click the 'Go' button. This will give you the following:

From:     you@youremail.com
Subject:
Content:  Plain Text  HTML
Body: 
The send email button will send the above email to everyone on your email list.

From: At the top you see your email address. This comes from your member profile. This email address will be shown on all emails that are sent out.
Subject: Here you will type what you want in the subject line of all of the emails that you are sending out.
Content: Here you can specify what type of information you are sending out. If you have a fully designed web page, you can select the 'HTML' radio button and place the HTML code into the 'Body' area. If your customers have HTML enabled on their mail program, they will see this email as a web page rather than 'Plain Text'.
Body: You can type the body of the email that you want sent. This is generally the information that you want your customers to receive. If you have an update, a new product, or a special going on, you will mention that to your customers here.


Click the ‘Submit’ button and the email will be sent to everyone in you mail list.

This means that you can not send out emails advertising your business unless they request it.

To see the email addresses in your mail list, go to Administrative Tools, click on View Email List, and click ‘Go.’ This gives a list of all of the customers that have entered their email information.

Click the ‘Main Menu’ button to return to the three blue boxes.
