As the Founder, and Vice President of VWCI Capital Investments, Nancy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

During this period of time, Nancy has secured over 15 Billion dollars in Private and Institutional Construction as well as Debt Financing for both Residential and Commercial Projects.

Nancy is also responsible for the overall production and investor relationships for the company. She takes great pride in making sure that all her clients have a stress free experience. “When dealing with people’s biggest investments in life, you definitely don’t want to add unnecessary stress.”

She is Fluent in many languages, and has the highest ranking in customer service. She also wants to ensure that her Investors and Approved Broker’s needs are satisfied.

Nancy will be receiving her B.A. in Economics from California State University of Fresno shortly and will then pursue her Masters in Economics.
