1. Q: Why did Herbalife develop a water-mixable Formula 1 shake?
A: We developed Formula 1 Instant to offer customers all the goodness of
your classic Formula–in one water-mixable shake. It’s rich, creamy,
delicious and ready in 10 seconds so you can now enjoy the same
complete, healthy meal when you’re on the go!
2. Q: How is Formula 1 (Classic) different from F1 Instant?
A: One serving includes 20g of protein (soy and pea), calcium equivalent to
one 8 ounce glass of milk, antioxidant/ORAC equivalency of 1 serving of
fruit, and 24 vitamins and minerals. Just add water. I think we should also show F1 classic nutritionals to really answer the question of “How” it is different.
3. Q: How do I know which F1 product to offer my customer?
A: The decision tree would be the following: First by form: Instant vs. Classic ? and then by Flavor type. Everyone has a different flavor profile but essentially the F1 Classic products have same nutritionals just different flavors, correct?
4. Q: Why doesn’t regular Formula 1 have the same protein/ nutrients/
antioxidants?
A: YES it DOES! A serving of Formula 1 Instant includes all the benefits of your complete
Formula 1 shake–including 20g of protein, calcium and fruit–you blend at
home and put it all into one water-mixable shake.
5. Q: Is F1 Instant only to be used as a 2nd shake or can I use this for my 2
shakes a day?
A: Formula 1 Instant can be consumed any time of day – as a 1st, 2nd or even
3rd shake of the day. WHY? Because it contains all the vitamins and nutrients that your body needs for each meal.
6. Q: What if the LPE or ShapeScan recommend Meal Plan A? Can my customer
still use F1 Instant and lose weight?
A: Yes, because Plan A suggests adding 1 tbsp of PPP to your shakes (with
milk), making the total protein add up to 23 mg. Formula 1 Instant has
20g of protein.
7. Q: Do the number of shakes/meal plan recommendations change for Plan A,
B, C or D if my customer is using F1 Instant?
A: No, customers can add more PPP as needed. 1tbsp of PPP contain 5g of
protein.
8: Q: Is the protein in F1 Instant the same as our Personalized Protein Powder?
A: The protein in our F1 is a mix of soy protein and pea protein, both plant
sources, while our PPP is a mix of both soy and whey, a plant source and
an milk source. Is plant protein better than milk protein? How are they different?
9. Q: Can I take this product if I’m allergic to casein?
A: This product does not contain the milk protein casein but you should
always consult your doctor if you have food allergies.
10: Q: Is this product dairy-free? How is lactose-free different from dairy-free?
A: Formula 1 Instant is both dairy-free and lactose-free. Lactose is a milk sugar which some individuals may have intolerance to. Dairy free means that this product is also safe for those individuals with milk allergies.
