The V-Max short 30 lb. vest has 6 pockets on the front and 6 pockets on the back, evenly distributed. This is the safest method for weight distribution. Each weight is 2.5 lbs nominal. Click here for weight information. Notice the small front strap near the bottom row of weights. This is the second-stage adjustment for when you wear the vest over a coat or if you want to loosen it for walking. The small Nexus buckle keeps the tension on the strap so the hook-n-loop fasteners stay absolutely attached, even during rigorous workouts!
