Chair Pushups
3 Sets of 8-12 Reps
More advanced. Chest and Shoulders.

Pushups
3 Sets of 8-12 Reps
Chest and Shoulders.

Jack-Knife Pushups

Squats

Lunge

Chest, triceps, and shoulders.

Crunch
3 Sets of 10-30 Reps
Lift upper torso, keep chin up. Abdominals.
