Jeff and Julie Slat are very hands on owners who are very accessible to the people that they do work for. Jeff reviews, plans and oversees all landscaping projects. He is regularly on the job site keeping the project moving and reviewing plans with the property owners.Julie manages all office, business and customer relations activities and is always just a phone call away.

Jeff Slat, one of the owners, has been in the landscaping field for 18 years. He is a lawn, tree and shrub certified technician, certified nurseryman and has a builders license. Jeff oversees all landscaping projects on a daily basis. He also works with the managers in each division, to make sure they are properly trained. Jeff's main goal is to help you achieve your dreams of landscaping your property.

Julie Slat, one of the founders of Wilcox Landscaping, has nineteen years in the business of providing landscaping design, construction, and maintenance services to hundreds of property owners. Meeting the goals of the Wilcox customers is a driving force within Julie.
Julie strives to be always available to customers. When the Wilcox crews are working on a project Julie stays up to date on the progress and works directly with the crews and customers.

Adam Stachnik, is our designer and landscape manager. Adam has had 7 years experience in the field and has been with our company for 5 years. His knowledge of plants allows for both a functional and aesthetically pleasing landscape. Adam is a certified nurseryman with a horticulture background.

Michael Wilcox, is our hardscape manager. He has been with the company for 12 years. Michael's knowledge and experience with retaining walls, paver patios and walks is exceptional. He works closely with the crews on a daily basis. Michael's main goal is customer satisfaction.

Kevin Thomas, is our softscape manager. He has been with the company for 5 years. Kevin's experience with the company has ranged from starting out in our maintenance division to now heading up our softscape division. Kevin has gained experience in the softscaping through his dedication to customer satisfaction. He helps the customer through the job with a wealth of knowledge with their plantings.
