WOCA member in Washington DC
Noemi Herrera, WOCA Board Member gets a close look at the legislative process in 2005. Inspired by the Women's Campaign School at Yale brought to Idaho by WOCA, seeks an internship in DC. She is one of 31 Latino Students chosen across the nation by the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) to serve as intern at Washington DC, placed in the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee, chaired by the Hon. Senator Hillary Clinton.

WOCA brought the Women's Campaign School at Yale to the University of Idaho in Moscow, ID, September 23-25, 2004.

WOCA brought Jennifer Henderson of Strategic Interventions to lead a Strategic Planning Workshop at Boise State University, August 2004.

collecting petition signatures at Pride Fest
WOCA brought letters for people to sign and mail to Webster's dictionary, asking them to update their definition of the S-Word at Pride Festival, Boise, ID, June 2004. Hundreds of letters were signed in just two hours.
