Foot access is more difficult in this section, but it is not uncommon for floaters deep in the canyon to find a few side channels where wade fishing and angling from the bank is possible. Wading safely and knowing the float area are critical in this section because it is not without swift currents, deep pools, irrigation diversion dams and large eddies.
