I would like to setup a simple blog.
placing a picture on my webpage and then allow users to comment on it. Blogging.
Not using the message board. Any samples of blogs that EZ members had created?
What blogging software is the best to use?
I don't care for to many bells & whistles.
any information would be greatly appreciated.

You could set up a blogger blog and then point it to your domain name. It's free. If you don't like blogger, look into setting one up with Wordpress.com or Wordpress.org. Both are great options and easy.
