18th Century French Country Louis XV Bonnetiere

French Country 18th Century Louis XV Bonnetiere in solid cherry with a Chapeau de Gendarme Crown from Brittany. Beneath the crown is a inlaid Maltise Cross. The apron has an iconic Sheaf of Wheat carving in relief. The carved scrolled feet are original as is the crown. Deep red cherry color typical of pieces from Brittany. Excellent quality, and the overall condition is strong and sturdy.
