Hola!

Gabriela Castilleja is a Pre-K schoolteacher at Ser Ninos Charter School where she has taught for the last five years. Ms. Castilleja specializes in the area of dual language teaching lessons to Pre-K-4 students in Spanish. Ms. Castilleja is a graduate of Gabriela Mistral teachers university in San Luis Potosi, Mexico where she received her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Education. Upon receiving her degree and teaching in Mexico, she moved to Houston,Texas and began working in HISD in the title I department for the next 15 years. She is a mother of two, and has resided in Houston along side her family for the last 22 years. Ms. Castilleja has made it her lifelong ambition and her personal mission to be a top level educator, a master teacher. Her goal as an educator has been to provide her students with the skills necessary to build a strong educational foundation for future success in the academic environment and in everyday real life situations.
