We are pushing the envelope by developing and implementing new technologies into EZ-NetTools. Our computer programmers consistently modify and enhance the application side of the system. As an ASP, upgrades can happen daily. It is our aim to provide an easy to use system with the sophistication of a complete and integrated solution. System Administration Our system administrators are on call 24/7. A proprietary "Watch Dog" computer program continually monitors each component of the EZ-NetTools system looking for potential problems. When the program identifies a problem or potential problem, the system administrator on call is automatically notified by the system and the administrator immediately investigates the problem. Most problems are prevented thus allowing us to boast an uptime beyond 99.9%.
Technical Support
The technical support staff is available for our consultants and their clients for free! When technical questions arise, the Technical Support staff is there for you. The mission statement they developed as a group follows:
