The cleaner was on time for our appointment. He got busy with his equipment set up. Our carpets are 10 years old and were soiled. He did an amazing job cleaning not only the carpet but the walk areas which are worn and soiled. The carpets are cleaner than I ever expected them to get, I can now postpone replacing them at this time. They dried in the hour or so as promised. They even cleaned the wood floors where they had to carry their equipment across. It was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Heaven's Best that for me was Heaven Sent. I had a great experience with Heaven's Best. The technician showed up on time and was very nice. I showed him my stains and he explained how he would treat them. The one stain that he said may not come out had a fabulous result. My carpeting that was looking horrible turned out beautifully. Darn! Now I have to keep it! I will definitely use these guys again.

The gentlemen who came were prompt and professional. Due to cats, they had to vacuum again and also used deodorizing solution which helped a lot and only charged a little more than the original quote. They completed the job quickly and I would highly recommend Heavens Best to anyone needing carper cleaning or other services
