Email Accounts To Be Removed For Deactivated Accounts
In December 2002, EZ-NetTools will begin removing email accounts and email messages of all accounts that are deactivated. This process will run weekly, probably on the weekend. This means that whenever a reseller deactivates an account, it is possible that all associated email information will be removed. Since the removal only occurs weekly, the grace period for the email information to remain on the servers will be between nothing to one week.
