Payment Radio Buttons on Check out

We have fixed a problem on that occurred on check out if you had money orders and or checks as a payment option. When those options were configured then the radio button would default to money order even if you entered a credit card number. It was confusing. With this change the radio button does not have a default selection. Shortly, when the new check out process is released, this entire problem will be solved in another way.
