Anomalies in Upgrading Email Server
Early Monday morning, March 20, 2007, we upgraded one component of our email system. We moved messages belonging to some email accounts to an upgraded and more powerful email server. This is part of our ongoing commitment to provide improving level of service. Unfortunately, during that process, for an unknown reason, messages in the in boxes of several accounts were lost. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

This incident serves as a reminder to continuously back up data that is critical to businesses. Because of the constantly changing nature and the enormous volume of data associated with the email system, we do not make back ups of email messages. If you have email messages that are critical to your business, you should establish a process for backing up such data. If you use EZ-OnlineMail you should use the Archive feature found in the lower right hand corner of the page to make a back up. If you are using a PC based system such as MS Outlook or Outlook Express, you should use a back up program to make your back ups of critical messages.
