At about 6:00 PM, Mountain Time, a power outage in Boise, Idaho, resulted in disruption of services for EZ-NetTools located 250 miles away.  Both email and web services were affected by the problems.  The power problems in a major back bone facility affected a number of Internet companies in the region.  The services were partially restored three hours later and completely restored after another hour at about 9:40 PM Mountain Time.
