Very happy with this service. Our carpets were pretty dirty and Evan wasn't sure he could get them as clean as he wanted. The carpets came out very clean. Evan is upfront on what he expects the carpets will look like when he is done. Honesty is rare these days and you can count on him to give you honesty. A wonderful experience.
