Two suggestions for the new portfolio pages:

1- Include a loading graphic so I don't have to wonder if I'm just supposed to see a black screen.

2- Include a link to the sites that are featured so we can see them in action.

(Bonus) 3- Include "next" and "previous" links.

You should be able to run the flash off of an XML file so you don't have to edit the FLA every time you want to make a change.
