This is a good suggestion. I hope to be implementing known bugs on the support site one day. Our main problem right now is the already inconsistent layout of this current support site. You should be seeing some minor changes as we're making changes to this site actively day to day.
Most of these changes will be subtle, and will go in places where the user does not have to search for them. For example, if you went to the help text for the "Link from Affiliate to Target" block, you should see some information about a known bug when using Internet Explorer 5.02 on a Macintosh computer. We included it IN the text, so those users having problems, would be able to click the "?" in that block, and find the answer to their problems.
All in all, we vision this website being one of the most helpful on the Internet. At the moment, my personal opinion is that it's far from it, but our ideals and plans for EZ-NetTools resources should be amazing. |
