Loire-Touraine..... Made of young vines on gravely and sandy soils, harvested at 45HL/HA; very focused nose, brambly fruit and earth; very gently extracted, quite young and firm with gentle tannins; try with firm fish like tuna, or tender white meat from the BBQ
