Features and Benefit
After you have a good understandings of what the prospect is in need of you can make a presentation of your product or service meeting their needs. The most basic element of the presentation phase of the sales is to identify the features of the system that directly benefit the prospect.
Features are the things that the product or service does.
Benefits are how the product or service will effect the customer.
