Richard Shrake Resistance Free Clinic
Most riders seek instruction, but not all can learn in the same manner or at the same pace. Richard Shrake has developed a teaching expertise to which all students can relate. Whether you are just learning to ride or want to master specific styles, you need the #1 instructor available...that is Richard Shrake.
The four day riding programs with Richard Shrake are set up to work with a limited number of riders. He works with each student on their own individual requirements. The cost of this program is $1195, with a deposit of $600. The balance due of $595 is due 30 days prior to your program date. When we receive your deposit, we will send your first packet, which include detailed information and a questionnaire. Richard will contact you after we recieve your questionnaire to review it with you. He will be working with you on your personal riding and training needs. The stalling fee for your horse is $90 for the full four days. We do insist that each horse has a stall, as each day he will need down time during your breaks and at lunch time. You will need to bring your own feed. If you can't, or just don't want to bring your own horse, Richard will get a horse for you to ride based on your riding skills and goals. You will need to arrive the evening before your program starts and get your horse settled. Richard will be there and available to assist you. Your orientation will be the first morning of the program. We will send you a second packet 30 days prior to your program date. It will include further information on your program, lodging in the area, directions to the facility and your Resistance FreeŽ Riding & Training Manual.
Each day you will be working with Richard from approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Each day he will be meeting with you and reviewing your progress for that day and work with you in your manual. We also ask that all riders bring their lunch with them every day. This time will also be spent with Richard, where he will be teaching in lecture form on bits, etc.
You will have a minimum of 32 hours of instruction with Richard Shrake.
