Luckily we had already done business with Dan when we needed some carpets cleaned recently. He was the only one that returned our call after leaving messages with numerous local carpet cleaning companies. We were impressed with his professionalism from beginning to end. We recently had a red wine spill on a brand new carpet and Dan answered the phone on a Sunday evening, talked my wife through what to do immediately and was there the next day to deal with our carpet "Emergency". This kind of service is unheard of today. We can't say enough good things about how Dan does business. Thanks Dan
