By linking directly to UPS's Shipping Computer, Heggy's offers the most cost effective and accurate shipping solutions currently available.
To maintain Heggys ultimate freshness and delicious flavors, HEGGYS.com utilizes special warm weather frozen gel pack's chill box from May 1 through November 1. The cost is included in your shipping and handling fee. Frozen gel packs can be ordered on the order form for a $5.00 charge, if you live in a warm climate outside of that date range. We ships all orders via 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air!

When choosing your shipping option please consider the fact that all orders will be sent out the following Business Day (Unless the temperature is above 60 degrees in the delivery area, In this case we only ship out on Mon. or Tues.) UPS picks up and delivers orders Monday through Friday only!
For example, if your order comes in on Wednesday and you select 3 Day Select as your shipping option, UPS will pick up that order on Thursday and deliver it 2 Business Days later which would be the following Monday. 3 Day Select means 3 Business Days of traveling following the day they pick up the package.
Please remember that UPS does not count the pick up day as one of the traveling days and they only deliver Monday-Friday and not on Holidays!
For Warm weather areas, Heggy's offers a frozen gel pack option to keep your candies fresh and avoid melting orders. You can add a Special Frozen Gel Pack's Chill Box to your order if you live in a warm weather area by adding it in our online order form (ITEM#FRZGP01) for a $5.00 per order charge. Please use this option if temps. reach above 65 degrees!!
