Backup Files
Your files are backed up daily as a matter of course.
In addition to the standard backups, this option allows you to back up your file control data from the server onto your local computer. Select this option and then use the browse feature to direct the file to the storage location of your choice.
It will run quickly; when it is finished, you will automatically be returned to the Administrative Options menu.
