Once again Pat has done an excellent job at cleaning our carpets. Our indoor carpets are an ecru/cream color, one of the rooms had a big orange pop stain. The rug looks amazing, no sign of stain. The outdoor rug was in real bad shape with water & ice melt stains - all removed. Thanks you Pat & David.

On the day of service, Dan arrived promptly. He measured (to calculate the charges). vacuumed, and pre-treated any heavily soiled areas on the 11 year old carpet.
