If you would like to place your order by phone or fax, please call toll free 1-800-429-7279. We will process your order within 7-10 days, or call you back to answer your questions.

If you would like to pay by check or money order you may do it online or mail the order form with your payment. We will send your order when we receive your payment.
If you are using a purchase order, you may do it online or mail a completed order form to us. Purchase orders require a Business name and the name of the person ordering.
