About Us

Vogt Construction, Inc. began business in November of 1999. Steve Vogt is owner and general contractor. He is currently licensed as a Class B contractor. Steve has been involved in carpentry for 31 years. He began working for his grandfather, V. Marvin Neufeld of Fairview, Oklahoma in 1975. He apprenticed with V. Marvin Neufeld Construction until departing for Tabor College in 1978. Building new homes, remodeling existing homes and helping build the Fairview Mennonite Brethren Church were some of the projects Steve took part in while working in Oklahoma. Steve received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tabor College, Hillsboro, Kansas in 1982. He moved to Wichita and has lived here for the past 30 years. 

Vogt Construction, Inc. is an authorized builder for Rigid Global Buildings located in Houston, Texas. Partnering with Rigid Buildings has allowed us to to expand to commercial building. These new opportunities have allowed us to assist both large companies and individual business owners expand their business horizons. Steve works closely with you, the proprietor, to make sure all aspects of the construction are suitable for you. 

We have gained a wide range of experience over the past fourteen years and are ready to assist you in any way possible.
