Lousiana Pacific Property Before Work

During the spring of 2003, the Members of the Madison Rivers Greenways committee walked the proposed path through the old Louisiana Pacific property. Working with the City's recreational people they checked plans to make sure that a paths would mesh well with any future plans of the city's recreational department. Of particular interest is where the path should cross the ditch traversing the property. The committee developed a conceptual layout for the path. The pictures below show the committee at work a views of the property before any improvements have been made.
