The objective of the Madison Rivers Greenway committee is vast and will take many years to complete. Each year we pick a project to emphasis based on funding and availability of land.

In 2001, the first project called Phase 1, was to clean up and repair the south side of the Teton River bank near the KMart shopping center. Click on the picture for more information.

In 2003, we hope to be able to extent the path started in 2003 with the existing path on the other side of Rexburg. This path will pass through the former Louisiana Pacific property now owened by the City of Rexburg. We will use some grant monies received to complete this part
