Whether you are planning an intimate evening for two, a dinner party for ten or a cocktail party for fifty; I can handle any special occasion that you may need.

Are you looking for a Chef to cook for your family while in Aspen for vacation? Kids of all ages enjoy my creations. My cuisine draws from Spanish, Italian and regional American influences.

I have provided some sample menus for you to look through. Keep in mind that these are only suggestions. All of my menus are written to serve the needs of my clients. No two menus are ever the same.

I source out the finest and freshest ingredients from my purveyors across the country. From live lobsters shipped in overnight from Maine to Florida stone crabs, I'll find whatever you can think of.
