When you have decided what you would like to do, simply email me or call so that we can begin a no-obligation assessment. I enjoy speaking with each of my clients beforehand to get a better understanding of their needs. This gives you the opportunity to meet the tallest personal chef in Aspen at 6’10” tall, and this gives me the opportunity to see your kitchen and entertainment area.

Since each occasion is unique, so should be your menu. Whether you want a casual dinner or a more sophisticated experience, I am here for you. I can accommodate almost any request.

I believe that the perfect evening has two parts: mouth-watering food that smells as great as it tastes and professional service. Sit back and relax as I take care of all the details. I will bring all of my own pots and pans, knives and other cooking equipment. You will provide the table settings and guests and hopefully a great evening will be had by all.

My fee of $75 per hour includes everything that you need for the perfect experience: menu planning, shopping, cooking, serving and clean up. You also pay for the cost of the ingredients that I purchase. I will gladly accept payment at the end of the day.
