Vinny Gigliotti
Vinny is the president of ESI and founded the business in 2001. He has a diverse background in building and environmental science. In the past, Mr. Gigliotti owned and operated a landscape construction company that provided storm water management controls for both residential and commercial property. In doing so, he consulted with management companies and developers on proactive solutions to water intrusion issues.
With his background in building and environmental sciences and the increasing concern of environmental health issues,Vinny Gigliotti founded Environmental Solutions Inc, (ESI) now known and considered as one of the most reputable Environmental Companies in the Metropolitan area.
Bryan Harrington
Bryan joined Environmental Solutions, Inc. (ESI) and the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry in 2008. As a Council-Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), rigorous training and field experience has enabled him to see buildings as an organic whole with dozens of interrelated systems contributing to overall health. He specializes in infrared technology (Level 1 Thermographer) to identify building flaws which may contribute to occupant health and/or environmental risks.
Mike Whitman
Prior to engaging his services with ESI, he was employed as an IICRC certified Mold Remediation Technician, and Water Damage Restoration Technician. While learning the art and science of structural drying, and engaging proper engineering controls to reduce health and environmental risks, this gave him a better understanding to the roll of a Remediation/ Restoration contractor, and the challenges that can, and usually do arise. He has been an expert witness in District and Civil court cases, in addition to consulting on indoor environmental issues.
Ryan Ball
Ryan joined ESI on April 01, 2014. Having managed and consulted on over 6,000 remediation and mitigation jobs in the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area, he definitely brings a great deal of experience to the table. Mr. Ball is ACAC, IICRC, and N.A.M.P certified.
Patrick Wilson- Asbestos Inspector
Mr. Wilson’s disciplines are in moisture management of commercial and residential buildings. In addition to his knowledge of water intrusion through structural deficiencies and masonry foundations, he is known to be an expert in the design and installation of hydrostatic water pressure relief systems and carbon-fiber structural support strips.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Wilson has also been involved in many Asbestos abatement projects in the metropolitan area and is licensed as an asbestos inspector.
