Background: Carl graduated from I.C.S. Centers for Degree Studies in 1981 with an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. Since 1973, he was employed at Utah Power and Light Co., involved in project and operations management, overseeing personnel, financial resources, and technology.
During the 1990’s, he spent significant time updating computer systems and conducting software training throughout Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Oregon. For 25 years he was involved with customer service, serving both business and public needs.
Towards the end of 2000, he became aware of the opportunity to be a reseller of ICServ’s EZ-NetTools™. Recognizing the tremendous potential of the business opportunity, Carl quickly took the steps necessary to become a Reseller. After participating in one of ICServ’s Hands-On-Training sessions, Bruce approached Carl with the idea of allowing ICServ to document the steps that Carl was taking to establish his Internet consulting business. We're very glad that he accepted. Now, all resellers can benefit from the Reseller in a Fishbowl's experiences.
