If there is one synonym that I would like associated with DMI Collision Center, that would be TRUST. My VISION for DMI is that you deserve a place where you can spoken to in plain easy to be understood English and not in ‘mechanic speak.. You can ask questions and be given Straight Talk answers and feel comfortable asking the same question over and over again until you really do understand what your vehicle needs. Where you’ll given a range of options. Where, if there is an issue, you’ll be told the truth even if it makes DMI Collision Center look bad. You deserve a place where, if you desire , you can check up on your vehicle in person, as well as via camera pics. All this is done to give you a sense that we value you as a client and we want you to take our advice as something coming from a professional expert. We are not saying that we don’t make mistakes. What we’re saying is that we are dedicated toward handling your situation as we would want to be handled, if we were in your shoes. You can take your mind off your vehicle’s issues and rely upon us for Fair, Honest advice and a Fair price …plus be treated with respect and attentiveness. Also when we say that we’re going to do something, we endeavor to live up to that expectation or put 100% in effort to make good on our commitments.

"I called DMI to see if they had time to fix my 2011 xtera for hail damage. They got estimate from progressive ordered all nessary parts so they werent waiting on parts called me mde an apointment and I showed, I was 15 minutes early to them opening no problem for them opened door gave me a drink got my enterprise rental brought tome and took the keys spent 4 minutes total there. Theycalled me when it was ready stopped in and it went smooth as glass. Which was great since i am in themilitary and dont have time for non sense. Spent 12 minutes total in there body shop and with a drink in my hand, that 12 minutes was nothing. Thanks DMI for everything. "I took my 08 Silverado to DMI for hail damage. They gave me a reasonable quote to repair the dents and a new windshield. I dropped it off to get the damage repaired. When I picked up my truck it looked great!! The truck was cleaned up and all the dents were gone and it looked great. They did the repairs in a timely manner and for the price they quoted. "I have a 10 year old SUV and I had taken it to my mechanic for some front end work. I got it back and they mentioned my frame was cracked. I asked them where I should take it to and they suggested DMI. I called and the person on the phone was very helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment for later that same day and they had an answer for me in about an hour. I had a small crack in the frame and they were able to repair it and get me my SUV back the same day. DMI did a complete frame check, verified there were no other issues on my SUV and repaired my frame issue. The service was excellent and very professional. "Our experience with DMI was excellent. A bus crashed into our parked car on a sub-zero winter day. JP and the staff we encountered were friendly, sympathetic and very approachable.
