I used Heavens Best out of Bigfork this winter to have the carpets cleaned at my parents place. They were very easy to deal with, very professional, and I was able to set up the cleaning over the phone from out of town. They even called me after they had done an inspection to give me an exact price for the service, as well as review some of the problem areas so I would know what to expect when I got there. I have used this company several times over the last few years and they always do an exceptional job in providing great service. They are considerate of my time and always punctual. If for some reason they will be late (only once) they called and explained the situation. They always leave my carpets spotless, and that can sometimes be quite a job as we live with a Labrador who has oily hair and lays near us all the time. Mark has even gotten on hands and knees to ensure any questionable areas are as clean as possible. Their service is commendable and the employees are lovely and respectful people. I do have a Hoover carpet cleaner which I use sometimes too, but usually use the professional folks a couple times a year as they do better than I.
