This was a carpet cleaning service for my mom. Steve arrived right on time and got right to work. We had moved most to the furniture ourselves (though he did not ask us to) in order that he could start immediately. He cleaned the living room first, moved on to the den and bedroom, then finished with the hall. He moved back the larger pieces that we couldn't handle. He was very pleasant. We observed that when he took calls from other prospective customers, he was very pleasant and did his best to fit them in. For their age, the carpets look very nice. We would definitely use Heaven's Best again.

Great service and very professional! I made a phone appointment about a week in advance. Don arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Reviewed the areas to be cleaned and immediately started to work. We have a pet and there were a few stains to be addressed as well as pet hair that he cleaned also. Don's attention to the detail level of cleaning was excellent. He made sure that every area was finished before moving on to the next. We will definitely use their services again. Can't say enough good about the quality service and professional manner of the Heaven's Best!
