After an untidy renter moved out, I wasn't sure the carpet would be salvageable. Aside from being very dirty, the carpet and the mattress smelled pretty bad and the mattress had a large coffee stain. Mark really worked hard on the carpets and the mattress and I was amazed at how beautifully they both came out! The light-colored carpet looks almost new and he got the stain out of the mattress, incredibly enough. I'm a believer in Heaven's Best! Thanks again for all your hard work on a tough job, Mark. My new renter is very pleased as well.

Heaven's Best was able to come out and provide an estimate the same day I called, arriving during the time window we had agreed upon. They were very professional and courteous taking the time to explain the cleaning process and fee schedule. Provider called the day of the appointment to confirm the time and then arrived approximately 30 minutes later then discussed. This slight inconvenience was more than made up for by the quality of the work. Carpets were heavily soiled in some areas and had pet stains. The process included vacuuming, cleaning, raking, and removing the stains/odors. Carpets dried very quickly and looked great! Would definitely use them again.
