6-30-17 - Okay, Susan and Asa are not even done yet and I already want to write a raving review. They are getting out stains that we swore were never going to go away, from black lines in doorways of closed off rooms, to makeup built up by my daughter in two different bedrooms, to a RED WAX SPILL in my sons room from when he burned a contraband candle. AMAZING so far and the house smells so fresh! Plus they are two really nice people, as if WE are doing THEM a favor by letting them tackle the job! So far...so AWESOME.

Asa & Susan are a very professional team, prompt and courteous. After inspecting the carpet areas that needed to be cleaned, they took the time to explain to me the process of treating the stains in the carpet. They did an excellent job of removing as much of the embedded carpet stains as possible. The embedded stains in the master bedroom were in a high traffic area and preferred sleeping spot of the family dog. The additional two rooms that were cleaned now look like the old carpet is almost new again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing any type of carpet cleaning done. If I ever need carpet cleaning services in the future, I will most definitely use Heaven's Best again.

I've lived in my home for five years, and when I moved in, the realtor told me the carpets had been professionally cleaned. Well, after Susan and Asa got through with the house, the carpets looked brand new! This is the original carpet, and they spent five hours making it look as good as the day it was installed 12 years ago.
