3-21-17 - Susan & Asa were nothing short of awesome. I am the skeptical one about carpet, and wanted to rip out these stained, dog-savaged tan shag carpets. My wife convinced me to give them one more round, and opt for a good cleaning. After Susan & Asa's cleaning service, these carpets have new life! Reasonable, excellent work, great results. 1-27-15 We had a bleach/water spill on a large area of carpet in several spots. We did not have any more carpet to replace the bleached area, so dyeing was our only alternative. The carpet which is a dark green/blue, was bleached almost white. Asa and Susan were able to dye the carpet and it looked so much better and it is no longer white. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the service.

11-25-14 I have had my upholstery cleaned in the past using the "STEAM METHOD" It looked very good at the beginning but after 3 months the spots were back plus more. I have deliberately waited three months before sending my review. Heaven's Best has an Angel's touch, my couch and loveseat look bran-new. Not one spot has returned.
