I really appreciated that and felt that it was fair. He also sold me some stain remover which I have been using and it works great. Let me tell you, Heaven's Best carpet cleaning and the professionalism of the crew really impressed me. It is literally the best carpet cleaning I've experienced for two reasons. These businesses are individually owned, so when we called the Travis county company, we were referred to Asa Jones who lives and works in our immediate area of Round Rock. He is starting his own HB business in this area. He not only accommodated our first appointment choice, but easily accommodated an appointment change to have the work done sooner than originally arranged.
Asa Jones appeared well-groomed and professional when he arrived for our same-day estimate visit and this morning for our cleaning. His estimate was thorough including measurements, discussion treatment products including those for our special needs (pets and grease), and questions regarding lifestyle relative to the areas needing cleaning. We felt assured in his honest evaluation of our needs and confident about the upcoming service. He answered all our questions.
On the day of our cleaning, Asa arrived at 0800 on the dot. I was greeted warmly. He reassessed the areas and asked if there were any changes in the plan. In minutes he was on task. He magically removed the deep grease spots and random pet spots that were an eye-sore to everyone who entered (and the primary reason we reached out to him). He consistently had my safety in mind cautioning me about how slick the carpet and/or the adjoining linoleum floors would feel as I walked around. He answered my questions and educated me on the products and techniques of the cleaning throughout the duration of his stay which I appreciated very much. The 2 1/2 hours went by so quickly that there was no feeling of inconvenience at all. And, to top it off, Asa helped me move the larger furniture pieces back in place. (Yes, the carpet was barely damp)!
I would give Asa Jones' HB business 6 stars if that was possible. I would recommend him to everyone needing their carpets cleaned. (He also cleans upholstery, and I would bet dollars to donuts that he'd be just as magical. The holidays are around the corner...are your carpets ready to accept your friends and family? If not, call Asa, and he'll get you all set-up.
