This home in Nebraska was painted with several layers of paint. One of the types of paint was lead based making removal particularly difficult. This is another example of why combination cleaning is sometimes necessary for effective restoration. Cob blasting was our first step. In order to produce the results we look for we also hand-sanded the entire home. The extra "elbow-grease" paid off. Visit the Log Repair page to see additional pics.
