Background: Mr. Joseph West joined the ICServ team in July of 1999 as Executive Vice President. Mr. West received his education from Brigham Young University where he received both a B.A in Economics and an M.B.A. with accounting and finance emphasis.

Mr. West brings more than 20 years of professional experience in financial and computer system development and analysis.

While working for Arthur Anderson & Company in the late 1970's, Mr. West worked as the Senior Analyst where he designed, developed, and implemented computerized accounting and information systems including the accounting system for the city of Salt Lake City.

In the 1980's, Mr. West worked as the Vice President of Information Systems for Diet Center, Inc.. Mr. West directed the conversion of all automated systems for the corporation and for the franchise field centers. The systems included general ledger, order entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, sales analysis, and franchise management.

Mr. West worked for Lockheed-Martin, Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL) in the early to mid 1990's. At INEL, Mr. West developed database and functional design of a system which included personnel security, classified document imaging, and a Job Hazard Analysis system. He directed a team which rolled out the conversion of this LAN-Based system to a 400 person organization.

From 1996, Mr. West served three years as President of the Porto, Portugal Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. During his 3 year calling, he directed the proselyting activities and maintained the safety of 370 young men and women serving as missionaries in northern Portugal. He also supervised the ecclesiastical affairs of 25 congregations.
