Sample Form to Assign User ID and Password

The following form will be used to sign a user up to a newsletter, allow them to select their user name and password, collect their money, and then log them into the password protected folders and pages.

This form has been set up so that a fixed $25.00 will be charged. When you click submit, you will see this amount. The EZ-NetU account has Check, Purchase Orders, and Money Orders as valid payment methods. Therefore, you can go ahead and process those payment methods so that you can see how the user will be redirected to the password protected pages and the associated emails.
