Automated Creation of Users and Passwords
Section 2 - Preparation

Constructing your form will go much easier if you have completed the following steps before you start to build your form.

First, set up a password protected folder where you will put your secure pages.

Second, create an administrative user that has access to the directory you just created and protected.

Third, use EZ-PageBuilder to create a new page in the protected folder where the user will be directed.  For right now it can be a simple “Under Construction” page that you can modify later.  For now, the important information is the name of the page which we will need when we build the form.

Fourth, determine email address to receive notification that the form has been filled out and what you want it to say.  There will be two sets of emails with two emails in each set, for a total of four emails.  Two of these emails you determine the content and two you cannot determine the content.  The first set of emails will be sent to you as the web master of the web site and the second will go to the person completing the form.  You will write the content for these two emails.  The second set will go to the person completing the form and to you and will have the user name and password information.  You cannot control the content of these latter two emails.
