Karen Lansing
Executive Director
Habitat® Idaho Falls Area
Before being appointed Executive Director of Habitat® Idaho Falls Area, Karen Lansing was involved with Habitat for Humanity® on many different levels for over a dozen years.
Her first Habitat® experience was in San Diego, California helping on a “Blitz” remodel. Since then Karen has volunteered not only locally, but on builds in San Francisco, Miami and Phoenix. She is a successful fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity® Idaho Falls Area and served several terms as a board member.
During the three decades Karen has lived, worked and played in the inter-mountain west she has been active in civic and professional organizations including planning and zoning, chamber of commerce, the Island Park quick response unit and local and state Realtor® associations. Karen is a founding member of the Southeast Idaho Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors®, serving as their 2005 local chapter president. Karen also served on the board of the Yellowstone Business Partnership and continues to support this organization’s efforts for sustainable business development throughout the Yellowstone region.

LaRall Kent
Construction Manager
Habitat® Idaho Falls Area
LaRall Kent was born in Malad, Idaho and has lived in Idaho Falls since 1963. He has worked in heating, cooling and construction since 1966 on jobs in Canada, Montana, Jackson Hole, Wyoming and around southeast Idaho. LaRall is a dedicated Idaho Falls Area affiliate employee who believes that Habitat® is a worthy cause that gives deserving people a hand up. LaRall is a top class craftsman who is proud of the quality of his work. The Idaho Falls Area affiliate and its Partner Homeowner families appreciate and benefit from his skills and experience.

Greer Gurganus
AmeriCorps VISTA responsible for Program Development
Greer is working for the Idaho Falls Area affiliate for one year, specializing in Program Development. She has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees and worked during 2005-2006 as a VISTA in Helena, Montana. Greer believes that VISTA is a great program that helps organizations grow and expand their infrastructure, utilizing indirect service. She is interested in learning about Habitat for Humanity and helping the affiliate grow. She will work with the Ashton and St. Anthony communities as well as Idaho Falls.

Shawn Marshall, ReStore® Manager
Shawn came to Idaho Falls from the Habitat® ReStore in St. George, Utah where he worked for a year. He has a business degree.

 Jodi Cupps, Clerical Assistant
Jodi Cupps came to the Idaho Falls Area affiliate as an Experience Works Senior Community Service Employment Program participant in May 2011 to work as a clerical specialist for Karen Lansing, affiliate Executive Director. Experience Works is a national, charitable community-based organization that helps older workers get the training they need to find good jobs in their community. Jodi has previously done clerical work for Experience Works and is now gaining more experience at Habitat. While participants receive training, supervision and experience directly from their host agencies, their wages are paid by Experience Works. Jodi enjoys being part of a volunteer-based organization.
